House of the Dragon returns with its Season 3 premiere on Sunday, June 21, 2026, in the United States. The first episode debuts at 9:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. PT on HBO and streams simultaneously on HBO Max.
For international viewers, the release is timed to coincide with the U.S. premiere. For example, in the UK the episode becomes available at 2:00 a.m. BST on Monday, June 22.
Season 3 consists of eight episodes, released weekly through early August, and continues the escalating Targaryen civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons. HBO has already renewed the series for a fourth and final season.
Early reviews suggest Season 3 features larger-scale battles, more dragon action, and a faster pace than Season 2, with the highly anticipated Battle of the Gullet playing a major role.
